During his corporate career Shyam worked with reputed organisations like Siemens India Ltd, Tata Exports, Modi Rubber and Eicher Tractors. Besides being an MCC, he also completed the Coach for Life Program CLC and is a Certified Coach, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching.
