Celia Arias

Celia Arias is an executive coach and business strategist who works with C-suite leaders, founders, and senior sales executives at the intersection of growth strategy, leadership development, and operational transformation. Her coaching is grounded in more than two decades of operating experience — including a successful startup exit as COO — and is known for its rare combination of commercial rigour and human depth.

She coaches CXO-level clients across technology, consumer brands, luxury retail, wellness, and the founder ecosystem. Her client roster has included leaders from high-growth tech companies, billion-dollar ticketing and entertainment businesses, and venture-backed startups scaling through transition.

Prior to her coaching practice, Celia built and sold a global fashion brand, served as COO of a VC-funded wellness tech startup through to a successful exit, and led enterprise sales for Swarovski Professional — closing a landmark $2.5M exclusive deal with Supreme and developing the company's streetwear vertical from scratch. She has closed multi-million dollar partnerships with some of the world's most recognisable brands, including Apple, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Victoria's Secret.

Celia is the founder of ScalePilot and creator of the Six Growth Engines diagnostic framework, which she has applied across 450+ engagements with entrepreneurs and senior executives. She is a certified mindset coach with an MBA in Global Fashion Management and a Masters of Divinity — a pairing that shapes her distinctive approach to leadership: analytically sharp, strategically grounded, and attentive to the whole person.

Born in Argentina and based in New York, Celia is a bilingual (Spanish/English) coach who brings genuine cultural fluency to her work with international leaders.
