Jessica Galica

Jessica (Jess) Galica is an executive coach and leadership advisor who partners with senior leaders navigating high-stakes roles, transitions, and scale. Her work focuses on strengthening executive presence, sharpening decision-making, and increasing leadership effectiveness within complex environments.
