Elena Chopin is a seasoned Executive Coach, Facilitator, Consultant and Professor of Organisational Behaviour. She holds Masters degree in Psychology and has over twenty-seven years of international professional experience in developing individuals and teams. Elena designs and implements Leadership and Organisational development programmes for multinationals. She works with senior leaders and with leadership teams helping them to improve their effectiveness by adjusting their leadership styles and practices. She also builds and implements Leadership Development programmes for Executive Education of prominent European Business Schools and Corporate Universities (INSEAD, EDHEC, CEDEP, ESMT and Airbus Group Leadership University). Elena was born in Lithuania, holds Dutch nationality, has two French children, previously lived in three countries and now she resides in Paris. She has an international mindset and is fluent in English, French, Italian, Lithuanian and Russian languages.
Elena’s coaching is based on winning ‘learn - apply - refine formula’ featuring a blend of eye-opening coaching and monitored practical application of gained insights at work. Her coaching programmes are designed to invoke emotions and engagement. This personal implication of leaders into their learning drives them to develop higher self-awareness, transform their behaviours and enhance their leadership skills.
