Team Two Roads

Sujata is a Director at Two Roads and responsible for growing the leadership consulting business across Asia and the Middle East. 

Sujata brings deep experience in the field of Leadership and Education having worked with Pearson Education in the early part of her career and led the growth of a school in Singapore. Over the past decade she has taught at an International Management Institute in Singapore. 

She is an entrepreneur - a gifted and passionate designer, and founder of Mila's Creations, a fast growing firm specializing in uniquely designed high quality jewellery. 

Simon's is a name that needs little introduction to anyone who follows Cricket. He is an Australian cricket umpire and former member of the ICC Elite umpires panel who won a record five consecutive ICC umpire of the year awards between 2004 and 2008. He officiated in 74 test matches and 174 One Day Internationals between 1999 and 2012 including the 2011 World Cup Semi-Final and Final at Mumbai.

Simon is a highly valued corporate trainer and conducts programs around the world on Leadership, Conflict Management, Resilience, Goal Setting, Continuous Improvement and Personal Development. All of this is linked uniquely to his on-field experiences with one of the most high pressure jobs in the world - making decisions on the spot day after day live on television under the scrutiny of 1 billion self-appointed experts.

Simon has been a Mentor and Advisor to Two Roads since we started on this jouney. His support and advice in this regard has been invaluable in our progress.  He continues to be one of our most valued facilitators, speakers, and leadership programme co-designers with regard to client engagement.

Paddy is a Sports Psychologist & Mental Conditioning Coach to Corporates and Elite athletes. He started his career in the mid-1990’s as the Fitness Coach of the South African Cricket Team leaving behind his own cricket and rugby playing career. He then spent 3-years in the dangerous CBD of Cape Town working among the destitute youth in the midst of one of the world’s worst urban war zones. 

In 2004-2005 he returned to international sport, and then became the Mental Conditioning and Strategic Leadership Coach of the Indian Cricket Team helping them become No. 1 in the world and win the 2011 World Cup. He took South Africa to No. 1 in Tests and is currently with the Indian Hockey team as the Mental Conditioning Coach. 

He delivers insightful workshops on Leadership, High Performance, helping People and Teams find their Mental Game of Leadership.

Nirmana Gunawardhane is an accomplished UI/UX Designer with a robust foundation in computer science and software engineering. He excels in creating innovative designs, leveraging his expertise in a variety of tools including Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and web development frameworks. 

Nirmana's professional experiences span across Product design, video editing, and social media marketing, underscoring his versatility and commitment to excellence. His approach combines technical skill with a focus on user-centered design, making him a valuable asset in any creative and collaborative environment.

Anindya Dutta is the Founder of Two Roads, the Singapore based Leadership firm that brings an Outside-in Lens to business, transferring the lessons from Elite Sports, Armed Forces, and other businesses to create High Performance Business Teams. 

Anindya was a Banker for 27-years building and leading successful national, regional and global businesses with diverse Multicultural and Agile teams based out of Mumbai, Hong Kong, London and Singapore at banks like Deutsche Bank, Credit Agricole, ANZ and American Express. He is the creator of a proprietary Leadership framework called Stadiums to Boardrooms which he delivers to Banks, Corporates and Institutions around the world. 

He is also the author of 6 Bestselling books, and a regular columnist around the world on Sports, Business, History and the links between them.
