About the speaker
Susie Wolff is a pioneering figure in motorsport, best known for breaking barriers as the first woman in 22 years to take part in a Formula 1 race weekend at the 2014 British Grand Prix. After a successful driving career across karting, Formula Renault, and DTM, she shifted her focus to leadership and creating meaningful change within the sport.
In 2016, she founded Dare To Be Different, a movement dedicated to inspiring and increasing female participation in motorsport—earning her an MBE for services to women in sport. Susie then transitioned into team leadership, serving as Team Principal, later CEO, of ROKiT Venturi Racing, guiding the team to its most successful season.
Now the Managing Director of F1 Academy, she is at the forefront of developing the next generation of female racing talent, promoting opportunity, mentorship, and diversity at the highest levels of motorsport.
