Simon Taufel is a name that needs little introduction to anyone who follows Cricket. He is an Australian cricket umpire and former member of the ICC Elite umpires panel who won a record five consecutive ICC umpire of the year awards between 2004 and 2008. He officiated in 74 test matches and 174 One Day Internationals between 1999 and 2012 including the 2011 World Cup Semi-Final and Final at Mumbai. Simon is a highly valued corporate trainer and conducts programs around the world on Leadership, Conflict Management, Resilience, Goal Setting, Continuous Improvement and Personal Development.
