Ravichandran Ashwin is one of the world’s top exponents of the Art of Spin Bowling, and also one of the biggest stars in the world of Cricket. He is a member of India's 2011 World Cup winning team, owns the record as the quickest to 300 Test wickets, and was cricket’s #1 Bowler in the World for several years. He is an engineer by trade who took to cricket relatively late but has had a phenomenal career to emerge as one of the greatest spin bowlers of all time. Today he has to his credit almost 750 international wickets, a phenomenal career by any standards, and lays claim to being one of the best spinners in the history of Indian cricket.

All through his career Ashwin has been a cricket nerd with a deep appreciation of the nuances of the game and an acute knowledge of his craft. And it was that sharp brain, along with the carrom ball, an equally good arm ball, and masterly control over his offbreaks that made him a quintessential limited-overs spinner early in his career. It was in Test cricket, though, that he became a force after he brought the full scope of his talents to bear on it. He is a keen student of the game and may perhaps go down in Indian cricket lore as the best captain India never had.

He is a much sought after motivational speaker and brings deep insights from the world of elite sport to the boardroom. Ashwin talks about the Mantras to Success and the keys to Bouncing Back from Failures. Ashwin is also a social media phenomenon with a huge following of his youtube cricket shows.
