Dilip Vengsarkar is a legendary Indian cricketer known for his elegance at the crease and exceptional leadership. Born in 1956, he starred in India’s historic 1983 World Cup win and captained the national team to the 1988 Asia Cup title. 

Renowned for his resilience and mentorship, Vengsarkar nurtured young talent both as a player and later as chairman of selectors, helping shape India’s cricketing future. He famously discovered M.S. Dhoni as well as Virat Kohli and gave them the chances to play for India and become the legends they are.

His ability to inspire, take bold decisions, and communicate with conviction make him a compelling speaker, sharing powerful lessons in leadership, perseverance, and team-building from his distinguished career in sports and administration.
