Paddy Upton
Paddy Upton is a globally recognised mental conditioning and performance coach who has worked with some of the world's most successful sporting teams and corporate leaders. He was the mental conditioning coach of the Indian cricket team that won the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2011 and rose to the world's No. 1 Test ranking.
He has coached the South African and other national cricket teams, led IPL franchises including Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Capitals, and worked with Olympic athletes and elite individual performers across multiple sports. His corporate work spans senior leadership teams at major global organisations.
Paddy holds a PhD in elite performance and is the author of the international bestseller The Barefoot Coach.
