Saraswathi Anand (MCC) is a Leadership & Team Coach and Whole Systems Change Coach. She works with senior and hi-potential leaders and teams is to enable them on; managing performance, becoming a high-performance team, and creating value. 

Her style of coaching helps individual and team clients to; express and explore themselves freely, uncover their blind spots, create sustainable actions. She also mentors future coaches. Her unique approach is to blend Whole Systems Change principles and Coaching to sustain the change at organizational, team and individual. She is trained in the whole systems change approach of Real Time Strategic Change (RTSC) pioneered by Kathleen Dannemiller. She has been coaching since 2006, with over 2500 hours of coaching.
