Manish Arneja is an ICF Ontological Performance Coach with 20+ years of experience in Organisational Change and Leadership Effectiveness. He has coached hundreds of leaders with more than 600 hours of experience in coaching up to ICF PCC levels. His coaching clients include energy groups consumer good companies, financial institutions among many others. 

Prior to becoming a full-time executive coach and leadership facilitator Manish was Regional General Manager (Asia, Middle East, Africa) for Organisational Development for Fonterra, a top tier multi-national consumer goods company. 

In his leadership facilitation and coaching roles, Manish has worked with thousands of corporate leaders in diverse organisations such as HSBC, Grab, Unilever, Aditya Birla Group, Schindler, Olam, Danone, AXA, Nestle and Microsoft.
