Luis Moniz

Luis Moniz is a CXO career coach and leadership coach focussed on developing senior management executives, across sectors and job functions, since 2010. He brings to bear his strong track-record of corporate leadership experience for over two decades & deep understanding of the talent acquisition space gained as a C-Suite executive search professional for six years into his coaching engagements. 

Luis' engagements are focused on his clients establishing themselves as top performers by stretching their professional aspirations, changing their self-beliefs, expanding their sphere of influence and inculcating more effective behaviours. Many of his engagements have involved working with clients who are embarking on a major career transition. 

He is a certified coach having completed the ICF accredited coach training program of the NeuroLeadership Group (formerly Results Coaching Systems), Australia in 2009. He is certified by Lominger International (now part of Korn/Ferry) to administer their 360-degree feedback tool since 2013 and is also a certified MBTI – Step II practitioner since 2013.
