  • In 2011, on her way to work as a Software Engineer she had a road accident and lost a limb. 
  • Manasi used Badminton as a mode of rehabilitation and within a few years was a professional player. She then became the World Champion and is targeting the Tokyo Olympics for a Gold. 
  • Manasi is an advocate for rights of people with disability and an inspiration to women and the differently abled worldwide. 
  • She is the first Para Athlete to appear on the cover of Time Magazine and is on the Next Generation Leader list of TIME. 
  • Manasi is an inspirational and much sought after speaker who speaks eloquently about the challenges she overcame, and how one can achieve one's dream regardless of adversities, turning them into Opportunities.
