  • She talks about shattering glass ceilings, Situational Awareness and Transparent Leadership and Empowerment of Teams. He unique experiences of being a woman in a man's world has given her insights like few one has ever heard.

  • Zubaida Bai is one of the most powerful advocates of Women’s Health around the world. 
  • The story of Ayzh and JANAM  - Zubaida tells her own incredible story, including issues with Childbirth that eventually led to her moving from a corporate life in Chennai as a CAD specialist to found Ayzh and manufacture JANAM at a low cost. Then successfully scaled it up to benefit maximum number of women.
  • Zubaida advocates looking at philanthrophy and social impact, with a Different Lens. Social investing and low cost solutions that bring value to the poor rather than throwing money at causes, is the sustainable model and the way to make a real long term difference to society. .
Yip Pin Xiu
  • Pin Xiu is Singapore's most decorated Olympian. A 3-time World Champion Para Swimmer, World Record Holder, Winner of 3 Olympic Gold Medals at the 2008 and 2016 Paralympics.

Susie Rodgers
  • Being a Champion  - By overcoming her disability and winning 30 international swimming medals including 17 Golds, by grabbing multiple medals at two Paralympic Games and breaking European records, Susie proved that our abilities are enough to conquer any disabilities we may have. 
  • The importance of Not Being Left Behind  - Susie understands the complexity of inclusion, but is a strong believer in ability and capability, having used her determination to succeed in every aspect of her life. She believes that no one should be left behind; in education, work and in government and public life, as well as in society in general, and talks about her own experience .

  • Tiffany Yu is one of the world's premier advocates of Diversability. Using the experience of her own accident induced disability, she has introduced and promotes the idea that Disability is of different kinds and often it reflects just another kind of Ability. 
  • Tiffany works to bring together people with disabilities with able bodied people so that they understand each other's abilities and get comfortable with working with each other.
  • For her work, Tiffany has been named one of the ‘100 most influential Asian Americans of 2017,’ one of ‘100 visionary leaders,’ and a ‘women of influence’ honoree. She serves on the San Francisco Mayor’s Disability Council .
Emile Heskey
  • 633 Club career matches including 500 EPL appearances. 137 Goals. 5-years with Liverpool Football Club.
  • 62 appearances for England in internationals.
  • Won 4 Football League Cups, FA Cup, UEFA Cup, UEFA Super Cup.
  • Emile is one of England's best known footballers. But he is much more than that. Having faced racist abuse and taunts he learned to rise above it and become known as a real Team Player. He talks about how to achieve this.
  • Emile also does yeoman work in running Player4Payer, a venture that helps young players prepare for a life beyond their playing days with mentoring and guidance.

  • 217 International wickets.
  • A veteran of 179 international matches across formats for England.
  • 17-year career with Kent, Sussex and England.
  • Laura speaks on she managed the Pressures of Elite Sport, bounced back from failures and helped make the England Women's team an even bigger success story than the Men's in a sport that is still largely gender biased from a commercial and fan standpoint.

Krushnaa Patil
  • At the age of 19, Krushnaa Patil became the youngest Indian mountaineer to scale Mt. Everest.  
  • By the time she was 20 she was the youngest Indian and first Indian Woman to climb the highest peaks in Europe, Antarctica & South America. 
  • She then Summited the highest peaks in Africa and Australia. 
  • Krushnaa is an UNCTAD Ambassador and a sought after speaker who continues to scale new peaks from her home in Kashmir. 
  • Her insights and learnings from the unforgiving sport of Mountaineering, lucidly and engagingly imparted, are particularly useful to Leaders and Teams in today's difficult business environment. 
Manasi Joshi
  • Manasi is a the current World Para Badminton Champion.  
  • In 2011, on her way to work as a Software Engineer she had a road accident and lost a limb. 
  • Manasi used Badminton as a mode of rehabilitation and within a few years was a professional player. She then became the World Champion and is targeting the Tokyo Olympics for a Gold. 
  • Manasi is an advocate for rights of people with disability and an inspiration to women and the differently abled worldwide. 
  • She is the first Para Athlete to appear on the cover of Time Magazine and is on the Next Generation Leader list of TIME. 
  • Manasi is an inspirational and much sought after speaker who speaks eloquently about the challenges she overcame, and how one can achieve one's dream regardless of adversities, turning them into Opportunities.
